3. Our Offerings

3.1 Services

Services include live courses, workshops, and training sessions led by our instructors. Each session is scheduled and confirmed upon purchase.

3.2 Infoproducts

Infoproducts include downloadable guides, recorded lessons, and tutorial materials. Access begins once the product is made available in your account.

3.3 Goods

Goods include physical kits and branded materials shipped to your specified address.

4. Purchase Terms

Access to services and infoproducts begins upon confirmation of your transaction. Delivery of goods is subject to shipping times as communicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you notify us at least 7 days before a scheduled service, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations submitted between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the service are eligible for a 50% refund.

Requests made within 48 hours of the service start time are not eligible for a refund.

You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different session if the request is made at least 7 days in advance.

5.2 Infoproducts

Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download or streaming has occurred. Once access begins, the infoproduct is not eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations are processed through the original transaction method within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Approved returns are credited via the original method within 14 business days of receipt.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke coaching sessions are designated as non-refundable due to the exclusive allocation of instructor resources. Such sessions are clearly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
